Maxime, my uncle, passed away on 19 April after a road accident. He was 68 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance. The funeral home has given us a quote of $1,050 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 5 May. I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Maxime to have a dignified farewell. Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers. Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to a neighborhood youth program. Where the $1,050 goes: • Transport of the deceased: $260 • Cemetery plot and burial fees: $520 • Memorial gathering for the family: $270 Glad we found this place.
