Farewell fund for Henrique: help Joaquim's family in São Paulo
Joaquim lost his brother suddenly and the family can't cover funeral and burial costs of $800.

Henrique, my brother, passed away on 3 September after a short illness. He was 81 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $800 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 15 September.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Henrique to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to a local food bank.
Where the $800 goes:
• Transport of the deceased: $175
• Memorial gathering for the family: $110
• Funeral home services and casket: $515
Thanks for reading all this.

You're not alone. Hope you get there. Put this on a community board in Dallas this morning.
So sorry you're going through this, Joaquim. I hope things turn around soon. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like
