Gugu, my wife, passed away on 18 March after a sudden heart attack. She was 46 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance. The funeral home has given us a quote of $1,400 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 28 March. I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Gugu to have a dignified farewell. Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers. Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to the Pretoria hospice. Where the $1,400 goes: • Transport of the deceased: $135 • Funeral home services and casket: $820 • Cemetery plot and burial fees: $445 Glad we found this place.
