Francesca, my wife, passed away on 20 September after a stroke. She was 43 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $2,700 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 9 October.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Francesca to have a dignified farewell.

Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to a neighborhood youth program.
