Farewell fund for Carlos: help Teresa's family in Buenos Aires
After the sudden passing of Carlos, the family is asking for help with the funeral home and burial costs.

Carlos, my uncle, passed away on 25 January after a sudden heart attack. He was 79 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $750 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 6 February.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Carlos to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.
Where the $750 goes:
• Memorial gathering for the family: $55
• Funeral home services and casket: $570
• Transport of the deceased: $125
Thank you so much.

Keep going, Teresa. I hope things turn around soon. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it
Sending strength, Teresa. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. I have a 11 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Blessings.
Sending love, Teresa. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Greetings from Las Cruces
