Heather lost her uncle suddenly and the family can't cover funeral and burial costs of $4,700.

Caleb, my uncle, passed away on 26 September after a long fight with kidney disease. He was 48 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $4,700 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 12 October.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Caleb to have a dignified farewell.

Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to a neighborhood youth program.
