Emergency vet bill for Rosie in Davao City

Rosie is my rabbit of three years. On 15 July we rushed to the Davao City Emergency Vet Clinic with severe tick fever. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $300. They have stabilized Rosie, but the treatment can't wait beyond September. Rosie is more than a pet - Rosie walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $70 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to the Davao City Emergency Vet Clinic and I'll share the invoice and an update on Rosie's recovery.
