Eliana received an eviction notice - help us catch up on rent
A termination letter arrived last week. Eliana needs $1,850 to clear the arrears and stay housed in Los Angeles.

After a car accident that kept me from work for 12 weeks, Eliana fell 5 months behind on rent. Last Friday a termination letter was taped to the door, and the amount owed is $1,850.
The landlord was understanding for a while, but has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by November, the family must leave.
There are a toddler and a baby at home. Moving would mean new schools, a new commute and no deposit to put down anywhere else.
Eliana has started working two part-time jobs, and is applying for help from local services, but nothing will arrive in time without the rest of the gap covered here.
Funds go to the landlord and nowhere else. Any amount left over after the arrears are cleared will go toward next month's rent.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Eliana.
Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. late fees and court costs comes first ($190) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. Appreciate you taking the time.
