Terry is behind on electricity and water bills after August's medical emergency and needs $700 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity and water account is 3 months behind. Terry received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless $700 is paid. He had never been late before August's medical emergency.
Terry called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $165 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through summer without electricity and water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
Terry is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
