Electricity and water shut-off notice: help Remedios pay $100

The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. Remedios received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on February unless $100 is paid. She had never been late before a reduction in hours. Remedios called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which isn't available. The household includes an elderly mother, and going through the rainy season without electricity and water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. Remedios is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
