Don't let Zakaria's family go through the rainy season without gas

The gas account is 4 months behind. Zakaria received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless $150 is paid. He had never been late before losing my job in June. Zakaria called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $30 first, which isn't available. The household includes a newborn, and going through the rainy season without gas isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
