Don't let Wulan's family go through the cold months without electricity
Wulan is behind on electricity bills after a reduction in hours and needs $100 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless I pay $100. I have never been late before a reduction in hours.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $10 first, which I don't have.
I live with two young children, and going through the cold months without electricity isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Wulan's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
