Don't let Tigist's family go through winter without electricity

The electricity account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless I pay $100. I have never been late before losing my job in August. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which I don't have. I live with three children under ten, and going through winter without electricity isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
