The electricity account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless I pay $700. I have never been late before my partner leaving the household.

I live with two young children, and going through the rainy season without electricity isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
