The electricity and water account is 3 months behind. Noel received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on April unless $150 is paid. He had never been late before my partner leaving the household.
Noel called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the rainy season without electricity and water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
Noel is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Noel's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
