The water account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless I pay $500. I have never been late before a reduction in hours.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $115 first, which I don't have.
I live with an elderly mother, and going through summer without water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Mattia.
It's all in the list in the story. electricity arrears is the big one at $220, I'll post a receipt when it's paid.
