The water account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless I pay $100. I have never been late before my partner leaving the household. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $10 first, which I don't have. I live with a newborn, and going through the rainy season without water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady. Every dollar goes to the account in Mark's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates. Where the $100 goes: • Utility arrears: $45 • Reconnection and late fees: $15 • Down payment on a payment plan: $40 Thank you so much.

    • So sorry you're going through this, Mark. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. I have a 7 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Love from Sukkur.
