Don't let Márcia's family go through summer without gas

The gas account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless I pay $200. I have never been late before my partner leaving the household. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $45 first, which I don't have. I live with a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through summer without gas isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
