Don't let Lucas's family go through summer without water

The water account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless I pay $1,100. I have never been late before June's medical emergency.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $140 first, which I don't have.
I live with three children under ten, and going through summer without water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
