Don't let Lovisa's family go through summer without gas

The gas account is 3 months behind. Lovisa received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on March unless $700 is paid. She had never been late before an unexpected car repair. Lovisa called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $110 first, which isn't available. The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through summer without gas isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
