Don't let Liam's family go through summer without electricity and water

Help Liam cover an overdue electricity and water bill so the household stays safe this summer.

The electricity and water account is 3 months behind. Liam received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on February unless $750 is paid. He had never been late before an unexpected car repair. Liam called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $120 first, which isn't available. The household includes a disabled brother, and going through summer without electricity and water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. Liam is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here. Where the $750 goes: • Heating arrears: $480 • Reconnection and late fees: $125 • Down payment on a payment plan: $145 Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure. - Wiremu
