Don't let Hugo's family go through winter without water
A disconnection notice for water arrived and Hugo needs $200 before February.

The water account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on February unless I pay $200. I have never been late before November's medical emergency.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which I don't have.
I live with a newborn, and going through winter without water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
