Don't let Christian's family go through the rainy season without electricity

The electricity account is 2 months behind. Christian received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless $450 is paid. He had never been late before losing my job in August. Christian called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $95 first, which isn't available. The household includes an elderly mother, and going through the rainy season without electricity isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
