The water account is 3 months behind. Alexandra received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless $750 is paid. She had never been late before losing my job in April. Alexandra called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $160 first, which isn't available. The household includes a disabled brother, and going through the rainy season without water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
