Diệp's final semester of an electrical engineering diploma in Thủ Đức

Diệp is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying an electrical engineering diploma at Thủ Đức State College, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $750. The registrar has said Diệp can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Diệp has a 3.6 average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Diệp would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Diệp isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Thủ Đức State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt. Where the $750 goes: • Outstanding tuition balance: $260 • Final term tuition: $400 • Exam and lab fees: $45 • Textbooks and materials: $45 I hope life is good to you.
