Carlo's final semester of a degree in civil engineering in Manila
Carlo has worked and saved for three years to study a degree in civil engineering; a $800 gap now stands between him and graduation.

Carlo is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a degree in civil engineering at Manila State College, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $800.
The registrar has said Carlo can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Carlo has a top-ten-percent average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Carlo would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Carlo isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Manila State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
