He has worked as a barista to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $450. The registrar has said Candra can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Candra has a distinction average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Candra would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Candra isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Bogor Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
