Biscuit's a tumor on the spleen: help with the vet bill
A dog named Biscuit needs an operation to remove the blockage - a $1,000 bill the family can't cover.

Biscuit is my dog of nine years. On 22 July we rushed to the Mapo Emergency Vet Clinic with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $1,000.
They have stabilized Biscuit, but the treatment can't wait beyond October.
Biscuit is more than a pet - Biscuit is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $200 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to the Mapo Emergency Vet Clinic and I'll share the invoice and an update on Biscuit's recovery.
Where the $1,000 goes:
• Medication and follow-up visits: $125
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $210
• Emergency surgery: $665
Thank you so much.
