Back to business - Leonardo's comeback in Palmira
Leonardo lost a commercial oven to a fire in the building and needs $800 to reopen a neighborhood bakery and support the family.

For three years I have run a neighborhood bakery in Palmira. In August, a fire in the building took a commercial oven. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Friday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 7 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $800 goes:
• Shop repairs and licensing: $45
• Working capital for the first month: $95
• Replacing a commercial oven: $660
Every share and every dollar helps.

Gave what I could, wish it was more. Wish I lived closer to Colombo so I could bring a meal. Love from Los Angeles
