Anton's final semester of a degree in social work in Kyiv

Anton is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a degree in social work at the Kyiv Institute of Technology, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,400. The registrar has said Anton can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Anton has a 3.9 average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Anton would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Anton isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the the Kyiv Institute of Technology bursar's office.
