Ángel needs my food truck repaired to get back to work in Fort Worth

Ángel drives for a living in Fort Worth, and a broken transmission has stopped all income for 12 weeks.

I make my living with my food truck. 12 weeks ago the transmission failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $1,600. Without the vehicle I earn nothing. I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask. I support my family of five. Before the breakdown I worked eleven hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working. I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here. I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update. Where the $1,600 goes: • Road tax and insurance renewal: $380 • transmission replacement (parts): $1,150 • Towing and inspection: $70 Glad we found this place.
