A youth football pitch for Maple Park: help our neighbors in Cebu City

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a youth football pitch. This year a group of 17 volunteers, including a group of teenagers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Maple Park, but no funding. We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $150. It will serve about 254 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited. We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos. Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered. Where the $150 goes: • Safety equipment and signage: $40 • Tools hire and delivery: $80 • Permits and inspections: $30 Thanks for reading all this.
