A service dog for Pallavi, a medical corps veteran in Hyderabad
Pallavi served six years in the medical corps; $400 would cover a deposit on a one-bedroom apartment.

I served six years in the medical corps and was discharged in 2025 with post-traumatic stress. I have been waiting fourteen months for support, and meanwhile I'm sleeping at my brother's place.
I have a plan: a deposit on a one-bedroom apartment. The quote I have comes to $400.
I'm receiving counseling through the veterans' clinic and am committed to my recovery. Structure and a stable place to live are the missing pieces.
I'd be grateful for any help and will share updates on how I'm doing.
I'll post invoices, with personal details hidden.
Where the $400 goes:
• Essential household items: $75
• Housing deposit and first month: $250
• Transport to appointments: $75
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Wishing you the best. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Put this on a community board in Medan this morning. Love from Medan!
Wishing you the best, Pallavi. Looking forward to the next update. Blessings.
