A rainwater harvesting system for Freedom Park: help our neighbors in Marrakesh
A community-led a rainwater harvesting system at Freedom Park that will serve 137 neighbors.

For eight years the neighborhood has asked for a rainwater harvesting system. This year a group of 28 volunteers, including the neighborhood football club, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Freedom Park, but no funding.
We have received donated paint, and the remaining cost is $750.
It will serve about 137 people, including elderly neighbors living alone. We'll hold a build day in June and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
