A fresh start in Khulna: help the Mukiza family resettle
After fleeing Venezuela, the Mukiza family has arrived in Khulna with little more than their documents. They need help with a deposit, furniture and the first months.

My family left Venezuela 6 months ago after we were targeted for our work. We spent time in a camp before we were resettled in Khulna. We're a family of five and we're safe, but we arrived with very little.
Our resettlement agency has provided 3 months of rent, and that support ends in October.
I was a farmer in Venezuela, and I'm studying the language every evening. Our daughter and son have started school and are doing well.
We want nothing more than to be self-sufficient. This fund will help us through the first six months.
All purchases will be documented and photos shared (with the family's consent).
Where the $300 goes:
• Beds, table and basic furniture: $80
• Phone and internet for school and job search: $25
• Rent deposit and first month: $195
Thanks for being kind about this.

keep going, Ayesha. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. It's not much but it's yours. Blessings.
You're not alone. Shared this with my family. I have a 6 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Blessings.
