A covered market stall space for the Pioneer community hall: help our neighbors in Ogbomosho

For three years the neighborhood has asked for a covered market stall space. This year a group of 17 volunteers, including the neighborhood football club, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Pioneer community hall, but no funding. We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $350. It will serve about 541 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in May and everyone is invited. We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos. Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered. Where the $350 goes: • Materials: $180 • Permits and inspections: $40 • Safety equipment and signage: $70 • Tools hire and delivery: $60 If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.
