A covered market stall space for the old Freedom bus depot: help our neighbors in Jaipur
Volunteers in Jaipur are raising $150 for a covered market stall space at the old Freedom bus depot.

For five years the neighborhood has asked for a covered market stall space. This year a group of 30 volunteers, including a retired civil engineer, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the old Freedom bus depot, but no funding.
We have received donated volunteer hours worth about $100, and the remaining cost is $150.
It will serve about 274 people, including elderly neighbors living alone. We'll hold a build day in October and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $150 goes:
• Permits and inspections: $50
• Safety equipment and signage: $65
• Tools hire and delivery: $35
