A covered market stall space: a volunteer-led effort in Barcelona
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a covered market stall space - we need $1,500 for materials.

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a covered market stall space. This year a group of 23 volunteers, including the parish youth group, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Unity health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $1,500.
It will serve about 276 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.

• Safety equipment and signage: $310
• Materials: $1,000
• Permits and inspections: $190
